Yes, in general, the premiums paid for home insurance are not deductible in the IRPF, except if they are linked to the mortgage of a property that is entitled to the deduction on the principal residence. Specifically, the deduction for investment in principal residence can include all the costs related to the mortgage: what is paid in installments, early amortizations, the expenses of constitution, modification or cancellation of the credit and what is paid during the year in commissions and associated products, such as home insurance.
