Can I assign the right to deduction for increased childcare expenses to my spouse?

The maternity deduction cannot be assigned. The right will be transferred in the following cases:

(a) Father or guardian in case of death of the mother

(b) Father or guardian when the guardianship and custody is attributed exclusively to him/her.
